||I will send you my 'Booking Confirmation' and 'Booking Acceptance' forms outlining your contact details, the details of your wedding reception (location and time) and my fee.
||You then have 7 days to sign, date and return the 'Booking Acceptance' form and pay your deposit. If your deposit payment is not received within 7 days then it will be assumed that your booking has been cancelled and the date will then become 'Open' and available for other couples to book for themselves.
||Once your deposit is received, I will contact you to set up our consultation to start the planning of your reception entertainment.

Conditions of Booking
- 50% deposit is required in order to secure a booking
- Balance of fee must be paid in full at least one week prior to the reception
- Fee is for a reception of 5 hours duration
- Cancellation by client will result in loss of deposit
- Cancellation by Top-Notch Entertainment will incur a full refund
